Ebola has hit Nigeria again. This is a confirmed case as the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, UCTH, has quarantined ten persons following the death of a patient in the hospital on Wednesday with symptoms suspected to be Ebola virus.
Another patient who was brought in from Cross Rivers also died in the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital of high fever and symptoms relating to the Ebola Virus. The entire emergency wing of the hospital has been quarantined and all possible contacts with the dead patient has been isolated.
Please, stop shaking and hugging people for now. Also rush to the nearest pharmacy to get hand sanitizers and remember to always wash your hands thoroughly after contact with any suspicious object or person.
PS: Don't eat Bitter Kola or drink salt water this time o!
