Muhammadu Buhari has got people wondering if the bump that was seen on the first lady is actually a baby bump.

The positioning of the hands of the first lady gave away the fact that she might truly be pregnant judging from the way she positioned her hand over the bump in her stomach just like every other pregnant mother does. The gown she put on in the picture also played a large part in showing off the bump.
